Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to change without notice. Cottages have a specified occupancy for the posted rate.
Reservations may be made by clicking on the “Book” button on the web site or by phone 386-775-7648. Your payment method will be charged 50% as soon as your reservation is confirmed, with the remaining 50% due day of checkin. Those reserving via an OTA will be asked for a credit (not debit) card to be on file during their stay. The person making the reservation is responsible for any damage or theft committed by any member of their party.
Long Term Reservation 30 days no more than 90 . First month will be paid in full . Second payment to the same payment method will be charged approximately 1 month after check-in, and each month there after for the duration of your reservation .
Cancellations: Full refund for cancellations up to 14 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 7 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. Leaving a phone message is not a reliable way to cancel a reservation. Note a reservation is not canceled until you get an Email or verbal notice from us.
Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Discover.
Arrival and Departure times are as follows: Check-In time is after 3PM. Check-out must be completed by 1o AM unless prior arrangements are made. If it is not completed by 1oAM there will be a $50 charge, followed by a $50 charge each hour afterward.
Well-behaved Children at least 12 years old are welcome to stay in the main house. Our cottages are “family friendly”.
Each room in the main house is designed for two people. Each cottage can accommodate at least 2 and some up to 8.
Pet-Friendly Units: Pets are allowed in cottages only. Pets are not permitted in the main house rooms.
Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $25 per pet, per stay, will be charged.
Size Limit: We welcome pets up to 100 lbs. Larger pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.
Number of Pets: A maximum of two pets are allowed per unit.
Guest Responsibilities
Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in the unit unless they are securely crated.
Leashing: Pets must be leashed or in a carrier when outside the unit.
Clean-Up: Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. .
Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved and not disturb other guests. Persistent noise or disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or removal of the pet requested
Damages and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets to furniture, fixtures, or property. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply.
Service Animals
Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are welcome at no additional charge and are exempt from size and breed restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest with a pet that poses a health or safety risk or disrupts the experience of other guests.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please place butts in outside receptacles only. If it is determined that smoking has occurred in your room during your stay, a $250 fee will be charged.
Breakfast – Unfortunately since the pandemic no food is served or included in reservation.
Handicap Accessibility: Our Frontier Cottage is handicap accessible, with ramp, wheel chair access to bathroom and room to roll up to the sink. The Frontier, Victorian, Railroad and Nature Cottages have rails around the toilet and in the shower, with shower stool.
